Inulin Powder 90% & 95%

Product Overview

Inulin is a naturally occurring fructan and soluble dietary fiber found in many plants. Our inulin powder is extracted from Jerusalem artichoke tubers and processed into a fine white to off-white powder with a slightly sweet taste.
As a soluble dietary fiber and prebiotic ingredient, inulin is widely used in functional foods, beverages, dairy products, bakery products and nutritional supplements.
Its functional properties also make it suitable for increasing dietary fiber content and supporting reduced-sugar, reduced-fat and texture-improvement formulations.
